Do you only offer the services listed on your website?

The services list is not exhaustive; we will consider most enquiries and work with our clients to formulate and structure investigation to suit their needs.

Where are you based?

This is frequently asked; unfortunately we cannot give this information out. This is purely because of the nature of our business. We do however operate nationwide and offer to meet our clients face to face to discuss their cases.

How much does it cost?

This varies and depends on the requirements of the investigation. Some services are charged at a day rate and this will be discussed with the client upon request. The needs of our clients and the information they require differ from case to case, so for that reason we structure our pricing depending on the requirement.

Can I pay on installments?

This very much depends on the nature of the work and timescales before it is considered. We will discuss this on an individual basis but in all cases we require a 50% up front deposit which is non-negotiable.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We do not take over the phone card payment at this time. However, we do accept account transfers into our bank account. We accept cash and cheque.
Deposit payments made by cheque must clear before an investigation commences.

How long does the process take?

Once the paperwork has been completed and the deposit is paid we can start work as soon as our client would like us to. The length of the investigation depends on the type of job. Some jobs take a matter of hours, some can go into days. But we will always aim to reach our objective in a timely fashion.

Why do you offer aftercare?

This is something that you will not find anywhere else. We have given results to our clients, and let’s be honest, sometimes it is upsetting to say the least. Then they ask “What now?” or “What happens now?”

We have made some great contacts with specialist services to help people along the way. There is always help available and we will help every step of the way. The service is free.

Do you have female points of contact?

Yes we do, they are on hand to help and can be requested by our clients if they feel more comfortable dealing with a female member of the team.

Do you have multi-lingual points of contact?

Yes, we have Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi speaking points of contact available for convenience.

Will you work abroad if required?

We can do, but there is a lot that we have to take into account such as Visa requirements and health and safety requirements. We will discuss this in more detail with our clients.
